What’s included in the Superyacht Project Management course?
The course is designed to enhance your project management skills and assist you at each stage of the refit and build process. This will mean you’re better prepared to successfully manage projects, much to the satisfaction of the owner.
Module subjects include:
- Managing expectations and change orders
- Contract law
- Documentation
- Accountancy
- The refit and build process
There are 10 modules in total in the course. All students must successfully complete and pass the module assignments. Diploma students will also be required to sit and pass a final examination.
What’s the difference between the Certified course and the Diploma?
Whether you book the certified course or the Diploma, they both consist of 10 modules covered over a 12 month period. All students must successfully complete and pass the module assignments.
Diploma students will also be required to sit and pass a final examination.
